2. Products
Every product is embroidered after your order is placed.
Due to the nature of machine embroidery, minor variations in stitch direction, stitch density, thread overlap, fabric tension, and embroidery placement within normal production tolerances are considered normal and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Actual garment and embroidery thread colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting, photography, and fabric dye lots.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
21Thread reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if:
- Incorrect or incomplete information has been provided.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
- The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
- The requested design violates applicable laws or intellectual property rights.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be issued using the original payment method.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
Prices may change without prior notice.
The final amount payable is the amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable shipping charges.
5. Payments
Payment must be completed before production begins.
Orders will only enter production after successful payment confirmation.
