How long does my order take?
Every order is embroidered after it's placed.
Orders are typically completed within 3–9 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to our delivery partner for shipping.
Where do you ship?
We currently deliver across Kuwait.
We'll announce international shipping in the future.
Are your designs embroidered or printed?
Every design is professionally machine embroidered using premium embroidery threads.
We do not use printed graphics.
What materials do you use?
Our garments are carefully selected for their comfort, durability, and premium feel.
Each piece is embroidered using high-quality threads designed for long-lasting wear.
Can I return my order?
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
If there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll make it right.
How should I wash my embroidered clothing?
To keep your embroidery looking its best:
- Wash inside out.
- Wash in cold water (30°C or below).
- Do not bleach.
- Avoid high-heat tumble drying.
- Iron inside out if needed.
Will the embroidery fade?
No.
Unlike printed designs, embroidery is stitched directly into the garment and is designed to maintain its appearance through normal everyday wear when cared for properly.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before embroidery production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible because every item is made specifically for you.
Can I use my own design?
Yes.
You're welcome to send us your own design or idea through WhatsApp. We'll review it and let you know if it's suitable for embroidery before production begins.
Do you offer custom embroidery?
Yes.
If you have a custom design or idea, contact us through WhatsApp and we'll review your request.
Since every project is different, we'll discuss the design, garment options, pricing, and production time before confirming your order.
