- Ready-made collection orders: 3–9 business days
- Custom embroidery orders: 7–14 business days
Processing times may vary during busy periods or public holidays. If there are any significant delays, we'll keep you informed.
Delivery
We currently deliver across Kuwait.
Orders are shipped through our trusted delivery partner to all supported areas.
Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: 1 KWD
- Free Shipping: Orders of 25 KWD or more
